Zhu Meifang, born in 1965, Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor; He received a bachelor's degree from Donghua University (then East China Textile Institute of Technology) in 1986, a master's degree from Donghua University (then China Textile University) in 1988 and stayed in school. He received a doctor's degree from Donghua University in 1999. He is currently the dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Donghua University, the director of the State Key Laboratory of Fiber Material Modification, and the National Outstanding Youth Fund (2009), he is also the vice president of China Materials Research Society, executive director of American Fiber Society and Editor-in-Chief of Advanced Fiber Materials Journal. Expert of the overall expert group on the key special project of the national key research and development plan "key basic materials technology upgrading and industrialization", member of the material science and engineering discipline evaluation group of the Seventh academic degree Committee of the State Council, and vice chairman of the material professional teaching steering committee of the Ministry of education from 2018 to 2022.
Zhu Meifang has been engaged in the research of functionalization, comfort and intelligence of fiber materials for a long time, and has made systematic and innovative achievements. She proposed and established the design idea of thermoplastic polymer fiber functionalization and the whole process functionalization technology system, solved the problem of synthetic fiber with both functionality and comfort, created a new method of mesoscopic induced preparation of intelligent fiber, and promoted the great progress of fiber quality "from low to high" and industry "from big to strong" in China. Presided over more than 30 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research tasks such as national key R & D plans and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation; published more than 300 papers included in SCI, and published 10 books (chapters) such as "Nano Composite Fiber Materials"; authorized China More than 160 invention patents; won more than 10 items including the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Shanghai Natural Science Award, and the first prize of Shanghai Technological Invention. Chen Wenxing, male, Han, born in December 1964, professor, doctoral supervisor, leading talent of the national "Ten Thousand talents Plan", special expert of Zhejiang Province, model worker of Zhejiang Province. He is currently the president of Zhejiang University of Technology, a member of the sixth and seventh discipline evaluation group of the academic degree Committee of the State Council, the director of the national and local joint engineering laboratory, the head of the innovation team of the Ministry of Education and the key scientific and technological innovation team of Zhejiang Province, the vice chairman of the International Silk Alliance and the director of the Education and Scientific Research Professional Committee, and the president of Zhejiang Fashion Industry Federation. He has been engaged in the research and development of fiber preparation technology for a long time, and has carried out industry-university-research cooperation in the direction of high-quality silk fiber preparation and high-efficiency and energy-saving polyester industrial yarn preparation. Chen Wenxing was admitted to Zhejiang Silk Institute of Technology (Zhejiang University of Technology) at the age of 15 in 1980, majoring in silk and polymer. He has received a doctor of science from Zhejiang University and a doctor of engineering from Shinshu University in Japan. After graduation, has been working in Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. He is the school "native", independent training of the first academician.
Chen Wenxing has been engaged in research work related to fiber materials, focusing on the development themes of high efficiency and energy saving, quality and efficiency improvement, and environmental protection in the fiber industry, and has carried out teaching and scientific research for 30 years. Since 2012, he has presided over a number of national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, such as national key R & D projects, key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, national "973 plan" pre-research projects, and major science and technology projects in Zhejiang Province. In the field of high-efficiency and energy-saving production of chemical fiber, the method of melt polycondensation of falling film outside the tube was established, the flow characteristics and strengthening law of high-viscosity fluid outside the tube were clarified, the engineering and scientific problems such as high-efficiency heat transfer, mass transfer, residence time distribution and amplification effect of melt polycondensation reactor were solved, and the major engineering and technical problems in the preparation of high-viscosity polyester melt by melt polycondensation were solved, realize large-scale production of polyester industrial yarn melt direct spinning. Compared with the three-stage slice spinning process, the production capacity of each spinning position is increased by 2-4 times, the process flow is shortened by more than 30 hours, and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product is reduced by about 35.7. The successful research and development of liquid phase viscosity-increasing melt direct spinning technology has transformed China's polyester industrial yarn industry technology from the past follow-up type to the lead-up type, it has been evaluated as "a technological revolution in polyester industrial yarn industry" by domestic and foreign peers ". In the application of fiber materials in the field of environmental protection, a new research direction of catalytic fiber degradation of organic pollutants is developed, a new idea of fiber adsorption and in-situ catalytic degradation of organic pollutants is proposed, a series of supported catalytic fibers are invented and prepared, a series of basic theoretical issues such as catalytic mechanism, degradation process and degradation products of catalytic fiber degradation of organic pollutants such as dyes are revealed, and the unique role of fiber as a carrier for building a catalytic reaction microenvironment is clarified, to solve the problem of the application of catalytic degradation of organic fibers, and to provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of organic pollutants in indoor air and water.


In order to give full play to the industrial effect of production, study and research, under the initiative of Chen Wenxing, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology has carried out production-study and research cooperation with Zhejiang Guviandao New Materials Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Huitong Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a "vertical tube outer falling film" melt polycondensation method for polyester, and invented a tube outer falling film liquid phase viscosity increasing reactor to overcome the major technical problem that melt polycondensation is difficult to directly prepare high viscosity polyester melt polycondensation is difficult to realize efficient and low carbon production, to promote the transformation of China's polyester industrial yarn industry technology from the following type to the leading type. The new technology increases the production capacity of each spinning position by 2-4 times, shortens the technological process by more than 30 hours, reduces the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product by about 35.7, and saves about 64000 tons of standard coal and 167000 tons of carbon dioxide per year with an annual output of 500000 tons of polyester industrial yarn. The achievement "creation of external falling film liquid phase viscosity increasing reactor and new technology of melt direct spinning polyester industrial yarn" won the second prize of national technological invention in 2016 (ranked first), which made China's polyester industrial yarn industry technology change from follow-up type to leading type.
