Production Equipment

After more than 10 years of updating, elimination and upgrading. Up to now, our company has nearly 20 production lines of various types.

The main equipment are:

1. There are 2 meltblown (MB) non-woven fabric production lines: one 3.2 m wide German die head and one 3.2 m wide Japanese die head, with an annual output of 7000 tons of meltblown non-woven fabric;

2. There are 2 PP spunbond non-woven fabric production lines, one 3.2 m wide and one 1.6 m wide double-mode head, with an annual output of 7000 tons of PP spunbond non-woven fabric;

3. 1.6 meters wide breathable film production line 3, with an annual output of more than 6000 tons of breathable film;

4. There are 4 1.6-meter wide SF composite production lines with an annual output of 60 million meters (14000 tons) of SF composite non-woven fabrics;

5. Raw material particle production line 5, annual output of meltblown cloth, breathable film raw material more than 15000 tons.

During the installation and commissioning of all equipment, our senior engineers have been designed and improved twice to make it more in line with the operating habits of workshop workers, and also improve the degree of automation of the equipment, which not only improves the quality of the products, but also reduces the production quality problems that may be caused by manual reasons.
