The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau focuses on providing guidance to e-commerce platform companies from seven aspects: platform governance, advertising, consumer protection and rights protection, price management, product quality, catering management, and health food.

Third, in terms of consumer protection and rights protection, platform companies are required to earnestly implement the goal and task of "receiving complaints and handling them immediately", strengthen the protection of consumer rights and interests, actively assume the responsibility of first inquiry, strictly implement the compensation payment system, formulate emergency plans, and properly respond to emergencies. Unblock the channels for reporting appeals, strengthen the construction of after-sales service teams, diversify channels to facilitate consumer consultation and complaints, and strive to achieve one-time resolution of consumer disputes to avoid escalation of customer complaints.
Fourth, in terms of price supervision, platform companies are required to promptly discover and stop illegal activities such as fictitious original prices, first increase and then decrease, and failure to fulfill price commitments during the centralized promotion activities, and earnestly fulfill the obligation of clearly marking prices.
Fifth, in terms of product quality supervision, platform companies are required to further strengthen the management of operators on the platform, improve product quality control systems and measures, actively carry out product quality inspections, and are not allowed to sell products that are prohibited by laws and regulations, and establish a problem product disposal system, To promptly and effectively dispose of product quality risk information reported by relevant departments and reflected by public opinion, and control risks.
Sixth, in terms of online catering supervision, platform enterprises are required to strengthen the examination of catering enterprises' access to the network, illuminate the license operation, put an end to unlicensed or expired license operation, and ensure the safety and hygiene of promotional food.
Seventh, in terms of health food supervision, platform enterprises are required to strictly examine the network health food operators and product qualifications, strengthen information tips such as "health food does not have disease prevention and treatment functions" and "this product cannot replace drugs", implement special sales of health products, and strictly prohibit the declaration of "health food specialty stores and specialty stores" for shops that operate both ordinary food and health food ".
