The textile and clothing industry has gathered 45 industrial enterprises above designated size, accounting for more than 30% of the total number of enterprises in the county. The industrial output value accounts for more than 30% of the county's share. The industrial scale continues to grow, the structure is continuously optimized, and the level is continuously improved. Under the new normal and new situation, the driving effect of the traditional path is gradually weakened. The new path includes: not against the trend, product differentiation, green development and machine substitution.

Duan Xiaoping analyzed the basic situation of China's textile and garment industry's response to Sino-US trade friction. Sino-US trade imbalance is the inevitable result of the division of industrial roles under globalization. From the perspective of the United States, the structure of the US-China trade balance is different, and the complementarity of Sino-US trade relations is greater than the competitiveness. The imposition of tariffs has had a certain impact on the import and export trade of goods, but most of China's goods are mainly for domestic sales, and exports to the United States are less dependent. The United States is China's largest clothing export market, the United States has not sanctioned Chinese clothing temporarily for the domestic chemical fiber field to retain a certain end demand support. In the long-term process of dealing with Sino-US trade frictions, it is recommended that national textile and clothing enterprises strengthen cooperation with ASEAN, the European Union and Central and South America, especially the "Belt and Road" countries along the money, reduce dependence on the U.S. market; actively carry out resource integration and global resource allocation; accelerate the promotion of intelligent manufacturing and reduce production costs. The spinning capacity has exceeded 500000 spindles and weaving capacity reached 40 million meters, cotton planting and processing, spinning, weaving, clothing, packaging and other industrial chains have been accelerated, and the annual output value of the textile industry has exceeded 7 billion yuan, and it has been rated as a national textile industry transfer demonstration park. Pan Runhua, chairman of Jiangsu Sihai Weiye Textile Technology Co., Ltd., made a successful case analysis of the transformation of filament weaving enterprises of "firm confidence and do a good job in the present. However, Pan Runhua believes that in the long run, the development of chemical fiber filament in China is promising. How to do this industry well, there are two aspects: the government should do a lot of work from the overall planning, investment services, and enterprise training; enterprises, Efforts should be made in the direction of industrial chain, product development, and internal management. This industry will face two or three years of labor pains because it has a process of structural adjustment, but the industry will grow in the future.
