From March 11 to 12, the preparatory meeting for the establishment of the intellectual property alliance of the China Textile Federation and the symposium on textile science and technology innovation and the launching ceremony of the intellectual property alliance of the China Textile Industry Federation were held in Shanghai. It is reported that under the advocacy and support of the China Textile Industry Federation, the Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. initiated and jointly established the China Textile Industry Federation Intellectual Property Alliance with relevant textile universities, scientific research institutes, and enterprises. The members of the alliance cover: cotton textile, wool textile, hemp textile, silk, real, filament weaving, printing and dyeing, household textile, industrial textile, clothing, chemical fiber, textile machinery and other enterprises in the middle and lower reaches of the textile industry chain, standardization, scientific research institutes, relevant service institutions and other enterprises, institutions and social organizations, aiming to integrate the resources of the whole industry chain and build a China textile intellectual property organization with global influence.


Li Lingshen, vice president of the China Textile Industry Federation, Zhou Xiang, Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng and Yu Jianyong, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Peng Yanli, deputy secretary general of the China Textile Federation and director of the Science and Technology Development Department, Zhang Huiqin, deputy director of the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Textile Federation and director of the Textile Industry Science and Technology Development Center, and more than 120 representatives from enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes attended the meeting. The meeting examined and adopted the articles of association of the alliance, elected the first chairman unit of the alliance: Shanghai Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., and elected the first vice-chairman unit, which was elected by 20 units, including the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Textile Industry Federation in the industry. 76 director units were elected; Feng Li, director of the Science and Technology Innovation Department of the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Textile Industry Federation, was elected secretary-general of the alliance. At the same time, an alliance expert committee composed of 25 experts including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Zhou Xiang, Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng, Yu Jianyong, and scientific research institutes was formed. At the meeting, Peng Yanli introduced the work of scientific and technological innovation in the industry, and introduced the work undertaken by the Science and Technology Planning Department, Science and Technology Innovation Department, Technology Promotion Department and Standards Department of the Science and Technology Development Department of the China Textile Union. Li Lingshen said at the launching ceremony of the alliance that the establishment of the alliance is to establish an intellectual property innovation exchange platform, give full play to the advantages of intellectual property rights, increase the creation and application of intellectual property rights, promote the deep integration of intellectual property rights and industry, and improve the independent innovation ability and core competitiveness of China's textile industry.
