High-efficiency mask meltblown cloth mass production is imminent

After more than two months of debugging and upgrading, our company's high-efficiency meltblown cloth will soon achieve mass production in mid-August.

At the beginning of this year, the company's leadership decided to introduce more advanced equipment and technology on the basis of our existing 3.2-meter meltblown production line to upgrade and produce various high-efficiency meltblown fabrics with higher demand on the market.

In May, our company hired engineers from a well-known domestic enterprise with high salary to provide technical guidance for the upgrading of our company's equipment, and officially started the road of upgrading. After nearly two months, after the continuous cycle of proofing, inspection, debugging, proofing, inspection and debugging, the latest batches of samples can stably pass BFE99,KN95,PFE99 and other standards respectively, and the cloth surface is uniform, soft and comfortable. This is undoubtedly a historic step for our company.

In June, our company sent BFE99, PFE99 and KN95 meltblown cloth produced by proofing to authoritative laboratories for testing respectively. It is expected that the testing report will be received by the end of July. At the same time, our company ordered a TSI-8130 filter material testing instrument, the most advanced filter material testing equipment at present, to escort the upcoming high-efficiency meltblown cloth into the mass production stage. It is planned to start mass production of high-efficiency meltblown cloth of different standards from mid-August.

In the next time, our company will improve the relevant production management of high-efficiency meltblown cloth, including workers' skills training, quality inspection and sales technical knowledge training, the formulation of more stringent workshop management system, and so on.
