In view of the current trend of the times, Li Lingshen analyzed the focus of scientific and technological innovation in the new year and the future from the perspective of the textile industry. First, we should keep up with the trend of science and technology of the times and actively integrate into the general trend of development. At present, the application scenario of blockchain technology has extended from the financial field to the real economy. Blockchain technology is expected to become one of the basic technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. In the textile industry, blockchain technology can run through the product. The entire life cycle can not only enhance the transparency and traceability of the textile and apparel value chain, but also improve the credibility and brand of the product.
Secondly, scientific and technological elements have become an important force to guide consumption. In the field of textile and clothing, "science and technology" products have gradually increased in recent years. In the future, if the textile industry wants to maintain the first opportunity in the wave of "scientific and technological revolution" and "consumption upgrading", it must constantly strengthen the application research and industrial promotion of new materials, new technologies and other scientific and technological elements.
Third, the re-recognition of textiles by an industrial revolution based on fiber materials. At present, the connotation of fiber materials has been greatly changed. In the future, the textile industry will continue to expand its application scope in many fields, such as beautifying life, medical care, environmental protection, geotechnical engineering, construction, national defense and military industry, safety protection, transportation, new energy, food and so on.
Specific to the field of textiles and clothing, Li Lingshen proposed in the light of the current international scientific and technological development situation that on the basis of the national medium-and long-term scientific and technological development plan and the research on the technological development roadmap of key industries, China's textile industry will carry out scientific and technological research in the four major directions of new fiber materials, advanced textile products, green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing for a long time in the future.
In terms of new fiber materials, we will focus on breaking through the preparation and application technologies of basic fibers, key strategic fibers and cutting-edge fibers, research and development of basic fibers such as advanced functions, high simulation and bio-based fibers, key strategic fibers such as high-performance T1000, M55 carbon fibers and para-aramid fibers, and cutting-edge fibers such as nanofibers, smart fibers and biomedical applications.
In terms of advanced textile products, we will focus on the development of emergency and public safety textiles, geotechnical construction textiles, marine textiles, environmental protection textiles, textile composite materials, medical and health textiles, and high-end consumer textiles.
In the aspect of green textile manufacturing, the focus is on the research and development of green chemicals, high-efficiency textile chemical utilization and short-process printing and dyeing technology, non-aqueous medium printing and dyeing processing technology, low-temperature energy-saving printing and dyeing technology and recycling fiber utilization technology.
In terms of textile intelligent manufacturing, we will focus on key technologies and equipment such as textile robots, textile intelligent detection, short-process textile technology, intelligent weaving, intelligent dyeing and finishing, and intelligent sewing, and promote the construction of intelligent factories such as spinning, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, knitting, nonwovens, clothing, home textiles, etc., to form a standard system for textile intelligent manufacturing.

Intelligent manufacturing and green development

In 2019, China's textile industry is under steady pressure, downward pressure has increased, and the industrial textile industry has become an important growth pole for the high-quality development of the textile industry. It is expected that China's geotextiles will maintain a growth rate of about 7.5 in the future, and value enhancement will become an important driving force for the growth of China's geotextiles industry.

Li Lingshen pointed out that intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing are the key tasks of China's manufacturing 2025, and they are also important ways for the industrial textile industry to transform and upgrade in the new year and for a long time to come to achieve high-quality development.
