      Next, on behalf of the China Textile Industry Federation, I will introduce the basic situation of the 2019 textile science and technology education award work to the participants, and make some suggestions on the next step of textile science and technology work.


Basic Situation of 1. Textile Science and Education Award Work in 2019
(I) Textile Science and Technology Award

In order to better adapt to the new situation of national science and technology system and science and technology award reform, encourage original and subversive technologies, give full play to the leading role of scientific and technological innovation, further improve the quality level of textile science and technology award and build the brand of textile science and technology award, the 2019 textile science and technology award has been greatly adjusted and the award structure has been further improved.One is the addition of the technological invention award (second prize in 1.);The second is to include "Sang Ma Scholar" in the selection of the Science and Technology Award sequence of the China Textile Association, and change its name to the Special Contribution Award (Sang Ma Scholar);The third is to adjust the three levels of the Science and Technology Progress Award to the first and second prizes.So far, the Science and Technology Award of the China Textile Industry Federation has formed a reward system of technological invention award, scientific and technological progress award and special contribution award (mulberry and hemp scholars).

In 2019, the Textile Science and Technology Award awarded a total of 6 technological invention awards, including 2 first prizes and 4 second prizes;There are 77 scientific and technological progress awards, including 15 first prizes and 62 second prizes;Special Contribution Award (Sang Ma Scholar) 4 people.The proportion of awards for science and technology awards this year has been significantly reduced to only 48%, which is much lower than about 60% in previous years, and the "gold content" has been significantly improved.

Judging from the award-winning projects, the main features are as follows:

First, high-performance, functional fibers and their application technology to achieve breakthroughs.A number of key technological achievements of high-performance and functional fibers and composite materials, represented by wet spinning high-strength PAN-based carbon fibers, not only break through the technical problems of fiber materials themselves, but also provide a material and technical basis for the application of industrial textiles and other industrial chains, which greatly promotes the wide application of fiber materials in emerging industries and improves the overall technical level and core competitiveness of China's textile industry.

Second, the industry digital, intelligent key technology iterative upgrade.The scientific and technological achievements represented by the digitalization and intellectualization technology of the whole process of cotton spinning intelligent factory, knitting digital workshop and chemical fiber filament winding operation have realized the interconnection from equipment and control system to management system, as well as the digitalization and intellectualization of the whole process. The in-depth analysis and application of production data have been carried out, and the transformation and upgrading of textile intelligence have been promoted.

Third, green energy conservation and environmental protection have become the goal of unremitting pursuit of scientific and technological innovation.The innovative achievements represented by high-value polyester fiber flexibility and green manufacturing integration technology, the preparation and application technology of nano-pigment capsules, etc., have achieved breakthroughs in green environmental protection technology in materials, processes and equipment, and boosted the industry's green manufacturing process.

Fourth, standards and collaborative innovation have become an important manifestation of scientific and technological innovation achievements and innovative forms.This year's award-winning standards and testing projects not only reflect the innovative achievements in basic data research of new materials, textile functionality and testing technology, but also highlight the international voice of China's textile industry in technology and standards.In addition, the award-winning science and technology projects this year are 2/3 the achievements of industry-university-research-application and industrial chain collaborative innovation, which further reflects the importance of collaborative innovation and cross-integration to scientific and technological progress.

The four winners of the Special Contribution Award (Sangma Scholars) have made outstanding innovative achievements in related fields of my country's textile industry, and have made outstanding contributions to promoting the innovation and development of textile science and technology.

In addition, the China Textile Federation continued to carry out the textile industry patent award review this year, 15 patents won the China Textile Industry Patent Award, 69 won the Excellence Award.China Textile Federation identified the second batch of 26 key laboratories in the textile industry and 13 textile technology innovation centers.

(II) Education Award

The 2019 Education Award includes two parts: the Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, the Teacher Award and the Student Award.This year's higher education teaching achievement award is for textile and clothing undergraduate colleges and universities, with a total of 327 awards, including 26 first prizes, 62 second prizes and 239 third prizes.The teacher award and student award were launched in 14 undergraduate colleges and 2 higher vocational colleges.
