From September 26 to 29, 2019, the 15th Asian Textile Conference and the 9th China Textile Academic Annual Conference with the theme of "New Era, New Challenges and New Opportunities" will be held in Shaoxing and Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. At that time, nearly 1,000 textile science and technology workers from more than 20 countries, including Australia, India, Britain, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Iran, will attend the meeting to discuss the current situation and development trend of China, Asia and the global textile industry, as well as the future prospects of textile and other cross fields.

The forum will be held by the China Textile Engineering Society initiated the "Belt and Road International Textile Technology Alliance" inauguration ceremony. The 2019 Textile and Apparel International Collaborative Innovation Management Forum will focus on topics such as all-round supply chain coordination, technology and aesthetics coordination, new retail and consumer value coordination in the textile and apparel industry. The Asian Textile Conference (ATC) is a high-end international academic exchange event organized by the Federation of Asian Textile Societies (FAPTA) every two years. Its purpose is mainly to discuss the latest research results in the field of textile science and engineering, and to build an international exchange platform for scientists and engineers in the Asian textile field. The Asian Textile Conference has been successfully held for 14 sessions. In 2013, the China Textile Engineering Society successfully held the 12th Asian Textile Conference. The China Textile Academic Annual Conference is an authoritative platform for high-end academic exchanges, high-level innovative talents recognition, and outstanding scientific research results released by the China Textile Engineering Society. It has been successfully held for 8 sessions since 2011.
