646 national standards officially released

In the field of sustainable development, the national standard of "evaluation of beautiful rural construction" has been issued, and the evaluation principles, evaluation contents, evaluation procedures and calculation methods of beautiful rural construction evaluation are put forward, so as to better guide and promote the construction of beautiful countryside and promote the strategy of rural revitalization. The national standard of "energy consumption rate limit of electric vehicles" is the first technical standard in the world to put forward requirements for energy consumption index of pure electric vehicles. It will promote the application of energy-saving technology of pure electric vehicles, promote the reduction of energy consumption and power energy of electric vehicles, and promote the healthy development of new energy vehicle industry.

According to Li Banghua, director of the Department of Elderly Care Services of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, as of the end of 2018, there were 29800 registered elderly care institutions nationwide with 3.928 million institutional beds. The Classification and Evaluation of Pension Institutions fills the gap in the national standards for the classification and evaluation of pension institutions. It is conducive to guiding the elderly care institutions to provide high-quality services, reducing the information asymmetry of elderly care services, facilitating people to choose satisfactory elderly care institutions, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly. It is reported that in the next step, the Ministry of Civil Affairs will formulate operational rules and methods to promote the formal implementation of the standards on July 1 this year.
