Wang Ning, member of the Standing Committee of Funing County Party committee, explained the construction plan of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration park of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, and introduced it in detail from four aspects: construction background, construction planning, policy support and prospect of intelligent park. It is reported that the development direction of "Funing Filter Material Town" will be built in 2017. Large-scale specifications, functional integration, variety diversification, and specialization are the development trends of the filtration industry. my country is accelerating its pace to catch up with the world's advanced level, and actively explore the application of traditional filtration and separation machinery in various industrial fields. Liu Jingxian, a professor at Northeastern University, brought a report on "Filter Material Standards, Testing and Quality Control". He said that the failure mechanism of filter bags was analyzed through experimental means and testing like Holmes's case, and the problems in the production and application of filter bags were solved. He also called on practitioners to continuously strengthen the quality of filter bags. On-site filter bag failure may be caused by the user, the engineering party or the filter bag manufacturer, which needs to be determined through filter bag detection and analysis. Some special failures need to be determined through systematic experiments and data analysis; filter bag failure prevention can be controlled through links and different forms of filter bag quality inspection.

In the report "Application and Development of High Efficiency and Low Resistance Filter Materials", Professor Qian Xiaoming of Tianjin University of Technology introduced the project research of long-term charged fiber filter materials and micro-nano fiber composite filter materials from the aspects of research background and significance, test and practical analysis. Iron and steel plants, thermal power plants, cement plants, waste incineration plants and other industrial smoke and dust emissions, especially PM2.5 micro particles caused serious air pollution, the harm is caused by traffic jams and accidents, harm to human health and mental health, resulting in huge economic losses. The above two forms of filter materials can be used in the field of air purification or dust filtration.

Wang Hua, a professor-level senior engineer of Sichuan Textile Science Research Institute, introduced in "The Application of Industrial Textiles in the Field of Format Filtration" that liquid filtration operations penetrate into every industrial technology field and human daily life activities, from heavy industry, light industry, The filtration of precision chemical products to the equipment of ultra-pure water required by the electronic industry; no item of human clothing (such as chemical fiber dope removal, fuel preparation, etc.), food (domestic water, beverage, drug preparation, etc.), housing (various decorative coatings, paint products, etc.), and row (fuel oil refining, purification, etc.) can leave filtration. The non-woven filter material and its development direction, membrane material and its development direction are analyzed.
