Status and Prospect of Intelligent Manufacturing in China's Industrial Textiles Industry

At present, China's manufacturing industry has entered a new era of high-quality development, and intelligent manufacturing is the only way to achieve high-quality development. Intelligent manufacturing is the product of the continuous integration and development of advanced information technology and advanced manufacturing technology. With the innovation and development of technology, the whole manufacturing system continues to iterate and evolve. According to different development stages and technical characteristics, intelligent manufacturing is divided into three paradigms: digitization, networking and intelligence. Digitalization is the basis of intelligent manufacturing. Networking is the use of industrial Internet and industrial cloud technology to realize the connection and integration of equipment on the basis of digitization. Intelligence is the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and advanced manufacturing technology, It has become the core driving force of the new round of industrial revolution.

Brief Analysis of Chemical Fiber Industry Operation in the First Three Quarters of 2021

Since the beginning of this year, the industry is facing complex domestic and foreign challenges, especially in the second half of the domestic epidemic, energy consumption double control continued to increase, the industry's main operating indicators of the recovery of the magnitude of the impact is obvious. The stability of the domestic demand market and the increase in international demand are still good for the economic operation of the industry. The continuous rise of international oil prices has provided strong support for the chemical fiber market, but it has also increased the production costs of enterprises. Looking forward to the whole year, the operation of the chemical fiber industry will still face many tests, but the industry has good development toughness and risk resistance, and will still achieve stable development.

Development and Application Prospect of Poly (lactic acid) Meltblown Nonwovens

PLA, also known as polylactide, is a completely biodegradable polyester polymer material. It is made by lactic acid polycondensation, at present, corn and other starch-containing biomass or straw cellulose as raw materials, fermentation production of lactic acid, lactic acid is prepared into a cyclic dimer lactide, and then lactide ring-opening polymerization to produce polylactic acid. It does not use petroleum as raw material, but only biomass renewable resources formed by photosynthesis of plants. In theory, the waste of polylactic acid products can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms in nature. Carbon dioxide and water form biomass through plant photosynthesis and continue to become raw materials for polylactic acid fermentation. Therefore, polylactic acid is currently recognized as an environmentally friendly material in the world.
