In this full-automatic wing sanitary napkin strip bag production line, cotton core, non-woven fabric, absorbent material, PE film and other materials are superimposed and combined according to a predetermined process sequence. In high-speed production operation, the motion synchronization of these materials is required to be high, and it also involves phase control, multi-channel tension control, correction control, cam motion control, product visual inspection, high-speed precision rejection and other control functions.

To realize such automatic control, Delta adopts a "1 to 60" combination scheme, I .e. a "multi-axis EtherCAT bus controller" PC-Based motion controller AX-8 series is used as the core, and 60 high-order motion control AC servo system ASDA-A3 are used as execution nodes to accurately control every motion on the production line.

With the help of Delta AX-8 series optimization algorithm, the tension and phase stability of the production line can be guaranteed regardless of high-speed or low-speed operation, and the floating rod error is less than 1 °. This is also a reliable guarantee of the final quality.

Excellent process planning and guidance greatly simplifies the user's on-site operation, uses the coil diameter calculation function to realize the automatic material change operation, realizes the high-speed uninterrupted operation, and greatly improves the production efficiency.
