"High-strength coarse denier bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens production key technology and equipment research and industrialization" project through the identification of scientific and technological achievements

The Science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Industry Federation organized and held a project appraisal meeting jointly completed by Dalian Huayang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Textile University, Dalian Huayang Encyclopedia Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Yingfu Technology Industry Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Yuanjing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. "Research and industrialization of key technologies and equipment for the production of high-strength thick denier bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens. The project is derived from the 2016 China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Guidance Project, which is an innovative research on the industrialization technology system of spunbonded nonwovens.

Recently, the Science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Industry Federation organized a project appraisal meeting on "Research and industrialization of key technologies and equipment for the production of high-strength thick denier bicomponent spunbonded nonwovens" jointly undertaken by Dalian Huayang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Textile University, Dalian Huayang Encyclopedia Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Yingfu Technology Industry Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Yuanjing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The project is derived from the 2016 China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Guidance Project, which is an innovative research on the industrialization technology system of spunbonded nonwovens.

 

The appraisal committee is composed of 7 experts from Shanghai University, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, China Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., Military Academy of Military Sciences, Dalian Polytechnic University, and Tiandingfeng Holdings Co., Ltd., Chinese Academy of Engineering Sun Jinliang Academician served as the chairman, and Professor Cheng Bowen of Tianjin University of Science and Technology served as the deputy chairman. Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation and President of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, Li Guimei, vice president of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, Professor Ren Musu, executive deputy director of composite materials research center of Shanghai University, and other leaders and experts attended the meeting online and offline.

 

The experts of the appraisal committee listened to and reviewed the report materials of the project undertaking unit, inspected the production site, checked the products, and gave a high evaluation of the project after questioning and discussion.

The project has overcome the key technology and complete equipment problems in the production of high-strength coarse denier bicomponent spunbond nonwovens, and broke through the technical bottleneck. The project has developed a spunbonded two-component composite three-box precision spinning technology and device; based on the heat conduction model in the cooling process of two-component coarse denier silk strips, a side-blowing cooling technology and device with orifice plate multi-thread distribution independently controllable has been developed; the mechanical hot roller drafting technology with low traction and high crystallization has been studied, and the technical problems of preparing two-component fibers with both coarse denier, high elongation, high strength and low shrinkage have been solved; invented the integrated technology and device of air diffusion double electrostatic filament high frequency large swing uniform laying net; built three high-strength coarse denier bicomponent spunbond nonwoven production lines, to achieve stable operation. The project has independent intellectual property rights, and has been authorized by the state for 5 invention patents and 11 utility model patents.

 

The appraisal committee believes that the project has completed the requirements of the mission statement and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. It unanimously agrees that the project has passed the appraisal and recommends further promotion and application.

 

It is reported that the results of the project have been applied to the fields of cryogenic insulation, filtration, carpets, shoe materials, waterproof coiled materials, etc., which have enhanced the international competitiveness of my country's industrial textiles, provided key materials for national defense construction, and promoted the technological progress of the industry. Product upgrading has a positive role in promoting.
