This research is also the first industry research organized by the China Industry Association since the risk of prevention and control in Beijing was reduced and the ban on epidemic prevention was lifted in May.

In 2019, the average annual output value of enterprises in the industrial base exceeded 5.69 billion yuan, of which the average annual output value of the sanitary products industry exceeded 3.087 billion yuan, and the average annual tax payment was about 70 million yuan. Strive to achieve the average annual production value of the manufacturing industry of the non-woven industry demonstration base of more than 7 billion yuan by 2023, and achieve independent innovation capabilities, industry-university-research cooperation capabilities, public service capabilities and regional brand influence to enter the world level.

Foshan Yundi Film Material Co., Ltd. was established in 2016. It is a company specializing in the research and development, production and sales of medical and sanitary materials. The company is the largest supplier of multi-color printing, positioning and cutting breathable bottom film in China, and cooperates with many well-known sanitary napkins and diaper brands in China, such as Hengan Group, ABC, Yusheng, Shutai, etc. The factory has 19 advanced cast film production lines, 15 advanced flexographic multi-color printing machines (Huayang, Italy, etc.), 3 gravure overprinting production lines, 3 UV light curing release film coating production lines, 4 high-speed printing composite production lines, 4 middle paste composite production lines and other related deep processing production lines, with an annual output and sales volume of 28000 tons.

Foshan Nanhai Eternal Helmet Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, is a helmet manufacturing enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales of helmets. It has been focusing on the production of helmets for motorcycles and electric vehicles for 20 years. The company has four production bases, including production and assembly, sunshade, EPS and decals, with an annual production capacity of 4 million and more than 1500 employees. At present, it has 12 patents in product design and technical functions, and the company has developed more than 120 new helmets.

On the afternoon of June 5, the "Symposium on the Development of Chinese Maternal and Infant Health Textile Industry" was held in Xiqiao Town. Chairman Li mentioned: In the first four months of this year, the growth rate of the industrial added value of my country's industrial textiles reached 33.8, a year-on-year increase of 26.1 percentage points and a month-on-month increase of 22.3 percentage points. Enterprises above designated size in the industry achieved operating income of 75.211 billion billion yuan, an increase of 3.66 percent over the same period last year; total profits of 7.016 billion billion yuan, a sharp increase of 116.71 percent; and operating profit margin of 9.33 percent, an increase of 4.87 percentage points. Among them, the output of non-woven enterprises above designated size increased by 2.34, operating income increased by 19.30, total profits rose sharply by 254.62, and operating profit margin reached 13.22, an increase of 8.77 percentage points; filtration, medical, transportation, protection and other industrial textiles The operating income and total profits of enterprises increased by 2.48 and 31.01, respectively, and the operating profit margin was 7.12, an increase of 1.55 percentage points.

From January to April this year, China's industrial textile exports totaled 17.257 billion billion US dollars, up 79.62 percent from the same period last year, while imports totaled 3.232 billion billion US dollars, up 51.09 percent from the same period last year. Among the main export products, the export value of masks and medical protective clothing increased by 986.36 and 565.6 respectively, and the export value of non-woven fabrics, diaper sanitary napkins, and industrial glass fiber products increased by 3.32, 1.58 and 3.98 respectively. In terms of imports, the import value of masks and medical protective clothing was 0.861 billion US dollars and 0.274 billion US dollars respectively, and the import value of nonwoven fabrics was 0.35 billion US dollars, an increase of 26.46 percent year-on-year.

At present, the peak of global demand for anti-epidemic materials has passed, and the industry's anti-epidemic material industry chain will face in-depth adjustment. He hopes that enterprises can rationally view the impact of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic on the development of the industry, adjust and re-understand the mode of development, development capacity and basic capacity-building, early response to the sharp decline in demand after the epidemic fluctuations, to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.

In order to make full use of the brand effect of "China Maternity and Infant Hygiene Textile Demonstration Base" and enable Xiqiao Maternity and Infant Hygiene Textile Industry to achieve rapid development, Li Lingshen put forward four suggestions: 1. to improve basic capacity building. To improve the level of inspection and monitoring, pay attention to the manufacturing industry capacity reengineering and industrial chain safety engineering, and then further adjust the product structure and grade. 2. promote the upgrading of industrial structure. Combined with the impact of this epidemic, we should make up for shortcomings in our strengths, improve the level of intelligent weaving and green manufacturing, improve efficiency, efficiency and quality, and strengthen the supply of new technologies. 3. strengthen the system support guarantee. The safety of the industrial chain is guaranteed, the soft power of standards, patents, monitoring and certification is enhanced, and original development is encouraged. 4. improve industrial policy support. In the face of the plastic restriction order initiated by the European Union, it is necessary to prepare processes and products for degradable and other green products, introduce talent reserves, continuously introduce high-end new products, and encourage various management innovations.

During the period in Xiqiao, the research team also visited Foshan Zhongfang Lian Inspection Technology Service Co., Ltd. for testing equipment, testing laboratories and microbiological testing laboratories for epidemic prevention products such as masks and protective clothing. President Li Lingshen affirmed the contribution of China Textile Joint Inspection Group to the global fight against the epidemic, and encouraged Foshan Company to continue to dig deep in the field of industrial textile testing, do specialized, do fine health and medical textile testing, for the global epidemic prevention and the transformation and development of industrial textiles to make new contributions.
