Private enterprises have some problems, such as the overall low level of management and technology, the serious lack of high-level management and technical personnel, and the large mobility of talents, which restrict the development speed of enterprises to a certain extent. In addition, the quality stability of domestic filter products has become an important bottleneck affecting the development of filter materials in China, which needs to be improved.

Membrane technologies such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis have been widely used in seawater desalination, water treatment, sewage treatment and reuse. In the field of ultrafiltration membrane materials, China's technical level has been basically the same as the international level, the market share of foreign enterprises is gradually shrinking, the price has dropped greatly, and the competition is more fierce.

4.3New membrane materials and membrane technology

High-performance membrane materials can achieve highly selective chemical separation, and are expected to achieve more efficient and energy-saving applications in the petrochemical industry, water treatment, reverse osmosis desalination and other fields.
