The cost of recycled polyester produced is reduced by 25%, but its performance is comparable to that of virgin polyester. Today, the project has built the world's largest production base of recycled polyester fiber, producing 300000 tons of waste spun recycled staple fiber, 150000 tons of bottle chips and recycled filaments, and 75000 tons of low melting point/recycled polyester composite staple fiber every year. In the past three years, the unit has achieved sales of 7.99 billion yuan and earned 0.261 billion US dollars from exports. Authorized 38 invention patents, published 10 scientific and technological papers, and formulated 3 standards, which realized the efficient recovery and high-value utilization of waste polyester textiles in my country, greatly improved the technical level of polyester recycled fibers, and enhanced the image of my country's textile recycling economy as a big country. And status.
It is understood that with the deepening of school enterprise cooperation, the application field of recycled polyester is also expanding. Cutting-edge technology allows the once inconspicuous waste textiles to be "beautifully regenerated".
