● The Andritz high-speed spunlace production line newly invested by Fujian Nanfang has introduced a full set of Arceli's rolling, slitting, packaging and palletizing devices in the back, realizing a high degree of automation of the whole process. The production line can also adjust the fiber feeding amount and the laying thickness according to the results of automatic detection. At present, the production line is in the debugging stage.
● Fujian Hengan Household Articles successfully applied for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's intelligent manufacturing demonstration project. The company's self-developed high-speed machine has realized the high-speed production of sanitary articles. Industrial robots have been introduced into the packaging, transportation, palletizing, storage and delivery of finished products, realizing automation and informatization. At present, the company is focusing on solving the automatic feeding system of raw materials, and developing MES system to digitally manage the company's production and further improve the intelligent level of manufacturing.
At present, the investment is mainly concentrated in the automation of the whole process. The informatization work is mainly to use ERP to solve the problems of finance, sales, warehouse logistics and other operation links.
