The second is to cultivate consumption hotspots. Support green smart goods trade-in. Active night business and holiday consumption market. Build a brand product marketing platform to protect and develop Chinese time-honored brands.

Fifth, optimize the market circulation environment. Strengthen the construction of the consumer credit system, severely crack down on online and offline sales of infringing and counterfeit goods, publishing false advertisements and other illegal activities, and actively advocate enterprises to implement a system of unreasonable returns.
