The association is in docking collaboration, innovation promotion, technological development, and standard setting. A lot of work has been done. For enterprises, in the face of the rapid development of technology and the unpredictable changes in the market, it is necessary to correctly guide and grasp the development direction of the industry, form a scientific market-oriented development model, and make the enterprise bigger and stronger. The great harvest of participating in the textile high training class is precisely in line with the mission of the enterprise. This is because during this period of time, students can not only return and repair their knowledge structure, but also think about their own enterprises, including products and markets. Every year, the students of the textile high training class come from all over the world, and they get together to learn and grow together. In his speech, Duan Xiaoping put forward four suggestions to the students: "first, strengthen communication with teachers. The teachers of textile high training class come from famous textile colleges and universities in China, and their knowledge and research far exceed the knowledge they teach in class; second, strengthen communication among students. The students of textile high training class are on the same level and have certain autonomy in their respective enterprises, the exchanges between each other will lead to a lot of cooperation; the third is to strengthen the exchanges between the industrial chains. The students in the textile high training class are all from chemical fiber, textile, dyeing and finishing, machinery and other industrial chain related fields. The exchanges in these fields will help to achieve the ultimate in our products. The fourth is to strengthen exchanges with domestic and foreign counterparts. The previous textile high training classes organized students to Japan, Taiwan and other countries and regions for exchanges, this year, we will organize students to exchange and study in Germany and other countries. We believe that their R & D system will be of great benefit to the establishment of our enterprise R & D system."

This year is the fifth phase of the textile high-level training class. In the past five years, from the perspective of the textile supply chain, the textile high-level training class has penetrated the knowledge points and development frontiers of the entire industrial chain such as chemical fiber, textile, dyeing and finishing, and has trained more than 200 Students have become a club that gathers middle and senior management talents in the textile industry with different professional backgrounds, providing a good resource integration platform for textile industry chain enterprises, it has injected more vitality and creativity into the high-quality development of the textile industry, and is known as the "Textile Huangpu Military Academy".

There were 41 students in the fifth high-level textile training class. After the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Zhou Jingyi of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology immediately gave a lecture on "Introduction to Textile Fibers", which sorted out the classification, structure, performance, and fiber properties of textile fibers. The relationship with the use of the back road was combed. In the afternoon of that day, President Wang Rui explained in detail the concept, classification, characteristics and naming of fiber-forming polymers, as well as the synthesis principle, process, performance characteristics and application of general fiber-forming polymers under the title of "Synthesis and structural properties of fiber-forming polymers. The students responded enthusiastically to the professional explanations of the two teachers, and some students communicated with the teachers on the problems encountered in actual work between classes.

In the next half a year, the students will also systematically learn the relevant knowledge and cutting-edge technology of the textile industry chain, and go deep into textile universities, production enterprises, product research and development bases at home and abroad.
