Form a recommended list of science and technology innovation board enterprises with gold content; do a good job in two key promotion; promote the tripartite exchange and cooperation between industry, finance and government, including actively cooperating with the relevant work of the Shanghai Stock Exchange to set up a science and technology innovation advisory committee, and recommend science and technology experts, well-known entrepreneurs and senior investment experts in related fields," Sun Ruizhe pointed out.

Sun Ruizhe said that truly global strategic and leading hard-core technological innovation is actually easier to produce and more reflected in a mature industrial system that already has international competitive advantages. The textile industry is such an industry.

First of all, as China's most potential to take the lead in the ranks of the world's manufacturing power of one of the industrial sectors, the textile industry in the science and technology board has a lot to do. In 2018, China's total fiber processing volume was about 54.6 million tons, accounting for more than half of the world's total; the industry's net foreign exchange earnings were 250.19 billion billion US dollars, accounting for 71.1 percent of the country's total. In the field of integration of the two, with intelligent equipment, intelligent operation, intelligent service and intelligent products as the main content, the textile industry has developed rapidly and formed a rich industry practice. For example, Shandong Kangpina Group, its self-developed "complete set of technology and equipment for digital automatic dyeing of bobbin yarn", has effectively solved the worldwide industry problems such as labor-intensive traditional technology, low production efficiency, high energy and water consumption, and poor quality. Won the first prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.

In the field of military-civilian integration, military-civilian integration is an important field of scientific and technological innovation and application in the industry. Domestic carbon fiber composite materials and aramid honeycomb materials have been applied to domestic new transport aircraft, fighter planes and helicopters; various functional fabrics, ropes, ropes and belts have been applied to military uniforms, helmets and other fields; warp knitted metal spaceborne antennas have been applied to Tiangong-1, Shenzhou spacecraft and various satellites. In the field of green environmental protection, a large number of key technologies for clean production in industries such as green fiber production, low-temperature rapid pretreatment, cold-rolled pile dyeing, and high-throughput membrane treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater have made breakthroughs and realized industrial applications. China's high-temperature filter materials have reached 5mg/Nm³ or even ultra-clean emission levels, filtration pressure drop ≤ 800Pa, while controlling particulate emissions while reducing energy consumption, reaching the world's leading level. Lyocell fiber comes from natural raw materials, the production process is green and environmentally friendly, and the production process is difficult. The project of "complete sets of technology and equipment research and development of domestic Lyocell fiber industrialization" of green fiber company of China Textile Institute won the first prize of science and technology in 2018 of textile industry, breaking the foreign technology monopoly.

In terms of medical and health care, in recent years, the industry has made certain progress in surgical sutures, artificial blood vessels, artificial dialysis catheters, artificial skin and other implantable and artificial organs. The artificial blood vessel independently developed by my country has been filed by the China Drug Administration. It will be used clinically in the next 2-3 years and is expected to be promoted within 3 years.

In terms of infrastructure construction, my country's independent research and development of polyester filament spunbond needle-punched tire base fabric technology and equipment has broken the monopoly of developed countries and reached the international advanced level, becoming the mainstream tire base product of my country's new waterproof materials. At present, it has been widely used in the field of civil engineering waterproofing. The polypropylene spunbonded needle-punched geotextile independently developed by our country, with a layer of geotextile less than 0.6mm, should meet the requirements of acid and alkali resistance, low temperature freeze-thaw resistance, tensile strength and elongation at the same time. At present, it has been used in the runway construction of Beijing new airport and has been designed and applied in projects such as Xi 'an Xianyang Airport and Cabinda International Airport expansion.

 

  Three jobs to promote the listing of outstanding enterprises

The textile and garment industry cannot achieve high-quality development without the support of capital. To this end, Sun Ruizhe said that this year, the China Textile Federation will continue to explore methods, form models, deepen services, do a good job in key projects, especially to promote the landing of science and technology board-related services. Actively guide high-quality enterprises in the industry to make good use of the board to achieve more intensive and higher-quality development.

One is to form a list. Make full use of the advantages of industry associations that are familiar with enterprises and understand technology, and organize, target, and focus on the innovation and development of the industry and the operating conditions of enterprises. According to the strategic positioning of the board and the listing requirements of enterprises, the industry's key high-quality enterprises to carry out a systematic and comprehensive combing and screening. Select the best among the best, discover a group of companies that are in line with the national strategy, have key core technologies, have outstanding scientific and technological innovation capabilities, mainly rely on core technologies to carry out production and operation, have a stable business model, high market recognition, and strong growth. Form a recommended list of companies with a gold content to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the process of industrial and financial cooperation.

The second is to do a good job of two key promotion. Focusing on the two key points of scientific and technological innovation and strategic support, the relevant high-quality industry enterprises are promoted through the industrial platform. On the one hand, promote the development of new fiber materials, high-end equipment, intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing and other fields. On the other hand, it serves national strategies such as innovation-driven development strategy, sustainable development strategy and military-civilian integration development strategy, and serves supply-side structural reform and high-quality development.

The third is to promote tripartite exchanges and cooperation between industry, finance and government. Make a good platform and link, accurately reflect the actual situation of the industry and the demands of enterprises, and provide support and basis for government decision-making. Provide good services according to needs, actively cooperate with the relevant work of the Shanghai Stock Exchange to establish a science and technology innovation advisory committee, and recommend science and technology experts, well-known entrepreneurs, and senior investment experts in related fields. Continue to work with the SSE to train companies in the industry on the board. Strengthen professional cooperation with securities dealers and intermediary agencies, conduct research on qualified enterprises and put forward feasible plans for enterprises.
