In terms of justice, in recent years, China has set up intellectual property courts in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, intellectual property courts in 19 cities, and Internet courts in Beijing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou, which have effectively improved the professional level of intellectual property trials.
In terms of administrative law enforcement, the fight against intellectual property infringement and counterfeiting has been further strengthened. In view of some key areas, special actions such as "escort" and "thunder" actions to protect patent rights, and "sword net action" to crack down on network infringement and piracy have effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of right holders at home and abroad.

The protection of intellectual property rights is also one of the important contents of the draft foreign investment law. A few days ago, this draft has been reviewed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for the second time and will be submitted to the Second Session of the 13th National People's Congress for deliberation. Foreign investment legislation can be described as entering the "fast lane".
