Our company has five granulation production lines, purchased from Sinopec PetroChina and other state-owned enterprises PP,PE raw materials, after processing can become meltblown and breathable film raw materials.
The raw materials of meltblown particles are mainly plastic particles, of which polypropylene (PP) is the main raw material of meltblown material. Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer that can be melted and formed into fibers at high temperatures. It has excellent melt fluidity and processability, as well as certain strength and rigidity, so it is widely used in the manufacture of melt-blown materials.
In addition to polypropylene, the meltblown particle feedstock may also include other additives, such as antistatic agents, to improve the performance and handling characteristics of the meltblown material. These additives help to reduce the electrostatic adsorption of the material, making the meltblown cloth easier to handle.
